All manuscripts submitted to this journal undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the published work. The review process is conducted as follows:

  1. Initial Evaluation
Each submitted manuscript is first evaluated by the editorial team to ensure it fits the journal’s focus and scope, and complies with the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet these basic requirements will be returned to the authors.

  2. Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the field. In the double-blind process, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are concealed to ensure objectivity and fairness.

  3. Review Criteria
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on the following criteria:

    • Relevance to community service and empowerment

    • Originality and novelty of the contribution

    • Clarity of objectives and methodology

    • Quality of data analysis and interpretation

    • Practical impact and community benefit

    • Clarity of writing and organization

  4. Review Decision
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial team will make one of the following decisions:

    • Accept without revision

    • Accept with minor revisions

    • Revise and resubmit (major revisions)

    • Reject

  5. Revision and Final Decision
Authors are given the opportunity to revise their manuscript based on the reviewers' comments. The revised manuscript may be sent back to the original reviewers for re-evaluation. The final decision to accept or reject the manuscript lies with the Editor-in-Chief.

  6. Publication
Accepted manuscripts will be scheduled for publication in the next available issue of the journal.
